What Tretinoin Same is and what it is used for Tretinoin Same is a skin cream that contains the active substance tretinoin, which belongs to the category of retinoids. Tretinoin Same is indicated in the local treatment of acne (acne vulgaris). 2. What you need to know before you use Tretinoin Same Do not use Tretinoin Same • if you are allergic to tretinoin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6). • if you are pregnant (see the "Pregnancy and breastfeeding" section). if you are planning a pregnancy.
Warnings and precautions Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Tretinoin Same. • Absolutely avoid exposure to direct salty light and ultraviolet lamps as they cause skin irritation. Avoid having hair products, such as perm solutions or medicated shampoos, come into contact with the skin areas treated with this medicine, as they can cause irritation. If this happens, practice a thorough washing with water. • The use, especially if prolonged, of the products to be applied to the skin can give rise to sensitization phenomena (allergy to one or more components) (See paragraph 4 "Possible side effects"). Children Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended, as the efficacy and safety of using the medicine in this age group have not been established. Other medicines and Tretinoin Same Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used or might use any other medicines. • If you are using other preparations that promote peeling of the skin, such as re5orcinol and salicylic acid at the same time, take particular care as serious irritation can occur.
